Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By registering or using an account on hhbd, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
1. General Introduction and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the hhbd platform and all services operated under it. hhbd is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These Terms apply equally to services provided through the hhbd website, mobile application, and other digital channels.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. hhbd reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Requirement and Eligibility
To open an account on hhbd and take part in any gaming or betting activity, the applicant must be at least 21 years old. This age limit is strictly enforced, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately.
The information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. hhbd may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. If verification is not completed, restrictions may be placed on deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims.
2.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each person is allowed only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security
Registration on hhbd is completely free. You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other required details at registration. Any changes to the information provided must be reported to us immediately.
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised login, you must notify the hhbd support team without delay.
3.1 Right to Close Accounts
hhbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:
- Providing false or incorrect information
- Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug for personal gain
- Violating any other clause of these Terms
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
The minimum deposit on hhbd is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. All payment transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
hhbd generally completes withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes of receipt. However, additional time may occasionally be required due to account verification or security review.
4.3 Payment Verification
hhbd may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
hhbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, and winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account
- Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires
- Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled
- hhbd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash
5.3 Other Promotions
hhbd runs various regular promotions including a weekly reload festival, slots fun bonus, cricket fan reward, birthday special gift, and refer-a-friend reward. Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are described in detail on the promotions page.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
Certain general rules apply to both sports betting and casino games on hhbd. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform determines it is voidable due to a technical error.
6.1 Match Cancellation and Review
If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled time, hhbd will void the relevant bets and return the original stake. hhbd reserves the right to make the final decision in all such cases.
6.2 Policy on Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, hhbd will follow its defined recovery policy. In such situations, you are advised to contact the support team.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
- Betting or playing games using bots or automated software
- Bonus arbitrage or taking bonus advantages through multiple accounts
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Attempting to undermine the platform's security systems
7. VIP Program
The hhbd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier receives a weekly cashback based on a set percentage of that week's net losses.
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Staying regularly active gives you the opportunity to move up to a higher tier. Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. hhbd reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
hhbd treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption and other security technologies. Personal information is not sold to any third party.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is the authoritative one. In the event of any ambiguity arising from a translation, the Bengali version will apply.
